Jay Paige

Jay Paige is a senior software engineer who has worked in the software development industry for over 15 years. Jay has experience working on a variety of projects, ranging from content management systems to legacy code conversion projects. In their current role at Honest Jobs, Jay is responsible for developing and managing the company's fair-chance employment platform. This platform allows employers to hire people with criminal backgrounds in a compliant and practical manner.
