Mike Elshof

Mike Elshof is a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with a robust background in designing automated systems and robotic machinery. Currently at Honeybee Robotics since March 2022, Mike previously held a senior position at BluePrint Robotics, where the focus was on creating robotic food packaging machines for major manufacturers. With extensive experience at Seagate Technology, Mike contributed to the design of automated assembly machines for hard disk drives and led mechanical design projects for advanced robotic systems. Earlier roles included mentorship at UP-A-CREEK ROBOTICS and positions at Integral Peripherals and TechniStar, where Mike designed machinery for disk drive assembly and food packaging. Mike began a career in mechanical design as a Drafting Manager at Apogee Robotics, overseeing mechanical projects for esteemed clients like Lockheed and IBM. Mike holds a Drafting Certificate from Larimer County Voc-Tech.
