Carl Kotlarz

Carl Kotlarz serves as the Sr. Product Director for Propulsion Engines at Honeywell Aerospace, overseeing a $750M commercial turbofan engine product line that includes new product introduction, product improvements, and aftermarket sales. Kotlarz's strategic leadership encompasses a yearly investment of up to $40M and focuses on driving both top and bottom-line growth through cost reduction initiatives. Previously, Kotlarz held roles such as Program Director for the US Army Business Team, managing a $300M P&L, and Sr. Contracts Director, leading contract teams supporting $3.0B in annual sales. Earlier experiences include commanding biometrics operations in the US Navy Reserve and serving as a Surface Warfare Officer. Kotlarz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
