Jacqueline Chen

Jacqueline Chen is a skilled Commercial Project Manager at ENCON Heating & A/C, overseeing commercial HVAC construction projects since January 2022. Previously, as Regional Manager for CaptiveAire Systems from October 2019 to January 2022, Jacqueline developed the Connecticut sales region and provided engineering support for ventilation applications. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Sales and Field Service Engineer at Federal-Mogul Powertrain and participation in a Leadership Development Program as a Manufacturing Engineer. Additional internships at Rockwell Automation and Sikorsky Aircraft equipped Jacqueline with expertise in production control, continuous improvement, and inventory management. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
