Loretta Wootton

Loretta Wootton is an accomplished engineering and transformation leader with extensive experience in the aerospace and technical support sectors. Currently serving as Engineering Director at Honeywell Aerospace since March 2021, Loretta oversees the CMADs Engineering division. In the role of Transformation Director at Honeywell, Loretta has been pivotal in leading a significant transformation program that facilitated the separation of Honeywell's business units. Previous roles include Customer and Product Support Director and Energy and Technical Solutions Leader, where Loretta managed substantial teams, restructured processes, and enhanced performance. Loretta's educational background includes an HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Crawley College and an MBA from The Open University.
