Nina Adkins is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in talent development, sales, and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Development Partner at Carvana since September 2021, Nina contributes to the company's mission of transforming the car buying and selling process through innovative technology. Prior experience includes an Inside Sales Representative role at Priority1, specializing in third-party logistics, and various positions at Target, including Executive Team Leader of Human Resources and Service and Engagement, where leadership and operational management were emphasized. Nina began their career as an Administrative Specialist at FOR Energy and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
