Arun Adagale

Arun Adagale has several years of experience in HR and Administration roles. Arun started off at Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. as an Officer-ER from October 2013 to August 2015. Arun then joined Badve Engineering Ltd. as a Senior Officer HR from August 2015 to January 2020. After that, they worked at REHAU as an Executive-HR from January 2020 to March 2021 and as an Assistant Manager-HR & Admin from April 2021 to May 2023. Currently, they are working at Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. as a Deputy Manager-HR & Admin, responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, union management, legal compliance, contract labor management, and plant administration.

From 2011 to 2013, Arun Adagale attended Karve Institute of Social Service in Hillside, Karvenagar, Pune 411052. During that time, they pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
