Niteesh Elias

Niteesh Elias serves as the Director of Product Design and Director of Product Discovery & UX at Honeywell, having been with the company since July 2003. In this role, Niteesh develops UX design and research practices within a $10B technology business, managing a global UX team of over 20 professionals and leading customer discovery initiatives for more than 200 Product Managers. Prior to this, Niteesh worked as a Product Manager for Digital Health Offerings, where responsibilities included product management in various healthcare sectors, and served as Practice Leader for UX Design, scaling the Experience Design group from 4 to 25 members. Niteesh's career began at Puretech Digital as a Creative Director. Educational qualifications include a Master of Computer Applications from the University of Mumbai, an Executive Program in Business Model Innovation from HEC Paris, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mumbai.
