Kelvin Lo

Kelvin Lo is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in market policy, operations control, and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) since May 2018, Kelvin Lo has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Market Policy & Development, Operations Control & Business Administration, and Employee Compliance & Enforcement. Prior to HKEX, Kelvin Lo was the Head of Regulatory Reporting for Asia Pacific at Fidelity International and worked at Goldman Sachs as an Executive Director in Regulatory Operations. Additionally, Kelvin Lo gained valuable experience as a Legal Assistant in Equity Derivatives at UBS and as a Financial Complaint Investigator at Higham Group. Kelvin Lo holds a BSc in Management with a focus on Accounting and Finance from The University of Manchester.
