Vila Wong

Vila Wong is an experienced professional in the FinTech and Web3 sectors, currently serving as the Appointed Event Organiser for Hong Kong FinTech Week since April 2024 and previously held the same role from September 2016 to March 2023. Vila co-founded The VERSE in June 2023, a private community space dedicated to Fintech, GreenFi, and AI, aimed at connecting startups and entrepreneurs. As a co-founder of Finoverse, formerly known as FINNOVASIA, since August 2015, Vila has contributed to building a leading global community in FinTech and Web3. Additionally, Vila serves as the Official Organiser for D3 Bahamas, a prominent Web3 and FinTech gathering. Prior experience includes the role of Chief of Staff at FinTech Club from April 2017 to April 2022. Vila holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Hull.
