Sebastian Ionita

Sebastian Ionita is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and marketing. As the Owner of Hyperform Design Inc. since July 2022 and a Marketing Manager at Hong Leong Group since November 2020, Sebastian has demonstrated leadership and marketing acumen. Prior to these roles, Sebastian spent over a decade at CAE, progressing through various positions from Mechanical Designer to Stress Design Lead and Cost Analyst in Defence and Security Bids and Proposals. Responsibilities included cost estimation, project risk management, team supervision, and structural analysis using advanced software tools. Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University, graduated in 2012.
