Christina Shurtz

Christina Shurtz is an experienced professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Workforce Development and Senior Manager of Workforce Operations and Development at HONK Technologies since August 2018. In this dual role, Christina is focused on enhancing employee performance, promoting positive employee relations, and optimizing operational processes while overseeing the Quality Assurance and Training & Development teams. Prior to HONK Technologies, Christina worked as a Hospitality Manager at Cafe Zupas from January 2014 to August 2018, where responsibilities included ensuring operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction, as well as managing the training and development of 150 employees, reducing food costs, and increasing sales. Christina holds a degree from Utah Valley University.
