Tero Lehtimäki

Tero Lehtimäki's work experience includes serving as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Honkarakenne since September 2021, where they are responsible for leading IT and digital development to enhance the digital competence and customer experience. Prior to that, they worked at Alma Mediapartners Oy from 2017 to 2021, holding the role of Business Owner and leading a team in the development and administration of systems and services for professionals in the housing and real estate industry. Tero also worked at Alma Mediapartners Oy from 2002 to 2017, where they held various roles including Director of IT & Development, IT Director, Development Manager, and Product Manager, overseeing the IT unit, marketplaces, and internet development for the company. Lehtimäki started their career as a New Media Designer at Alma Media Net Ventures Oy from 1999 to 2002.

Tero Lehtimäki holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Jyväskylä University School of Business and Economics, which they obtained between the years 2011 and 2014. Tero also possesses an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General, earned from the Institute for Extension studies at Tampere Vocational Adult Education Centre from 2003 to 2005. Furthermore, they have a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Tampere, completed from 1996 to 2002. Additionally, Tero Lehtimäki has gained the certification of Licensed Real Estate Broker, LKV from Keskuskauppakamari in May 2016.
