Michelle Nezamabadi

Michelle Nezamabadi is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and organizational development. Currently serving as Sr. Director of People Operations at Honor since August 2020, Michelle focuses on enhancing team capacity and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. As a Human Resources Consultant since June 2007, Michelle advises various clients on optimizing human capital and implementing effective HR practices. Previously, Michelle held key leadership positions, including Vice President of People at MAP Health Management, where oversight of HR strategies contributed to significant organizational growth, and Director of HR & Talent Acquisition at HCB Health, where the foundational HR department was created. Early career roles include positions at Indeed.com, nFusion, and Mayer Brown, where foundational HR skills were developed.
