Chuck Heald has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications roles. Chuck began their career in 1993 at the American Heart Association, where they directed marketing, communications, and advocacy programs. Chuck then moved on to Lifebanc, a recovery organization, where they served as the Director of Community Outreach, leading marketing, communications, fundraising, and media relations efforts. Subsequently, they worked at Kaiser Permanente as the Regional Communications Lead before joining HealthSpan Integrated Care/HealthSpan Physicians as the Director of Marketing and Communications. At HealthSpan, they directed various marketing and communication programs, provided strategic consultation, and managed brand and reputation goals. Currently, they are working at HonorBridge as the Director of Marketing and Communications, overseeing B2C marketing campaigns and driving media strategies to increase the number of registered organ, eye, and tissue donors in North Carolina.
