Tricia Pelfrey, ACSPO has had a varied and successful career, starting with an Automation Intern position at Yuma County Juvenile Justice Center in 2012. Tricia then joined Yuma Union High School District (Yuma Educational Technology Consortium) as a Student Information System Specialist in the same year. In 2015, Tricia moved to Illuminate Education, Inc. where they held four roles over the course of five years, including Product Owner, Product Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Support Specialist. In 2021, Tricia joined Monster Lead Group as a Product Owner, leading all aspects of product discovery for multiple products. Tricia then moved to Sales Boomerang in 2022 as a Product Manager. Tricia is currently working at Honorlock as a Senior Product Manager, a role they have held since 2022.
Tricia Pelfrey is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Technology from Northern Arizona University, expected to be completed in 2023. Tricia also holds an Associate's Degree in Business from Arizona Western College and a Diploma with an emphasis on Information Technology and Business from Kofa High School. In addition, they hold a PMC Level I certification from the Pragmatic Institute, obtained in September 2022, a Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management certification from Lynda.com, obtained in August 2018, an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in February 2022, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in July 2018.
