Bojana Mrdja

Bojana Mrdja has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Bojana is currently employed as the Head of Hiring Partners at Hooloovoo since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruiter at Hooloovoo from October 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Hooloovoo, Bojana worked as a Recruiter at enjoy.ing from December 2020 to October 2021. Bojana also gained experience as a Recruitment and Selection Associate at Roaming Networks from February 2020 to December 2020.

Bojana started their career in human resources as a Human Resources Trainee at Nestlé in October 2018, where they worked until February 2020. Bojana also had a brief internship as a Human Resources Intern at Nestlé from August 2018 to September 2018.

Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Synergie from February 2018 to June 2018. Throughout their career, Bojana has developed expertise in hiring, recruitment, and HR processes.

Bojana Mrdja began their education by completing high school at XIV Belgrade high school from 2006 to 2010. Bojana then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Media and Communication, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In 2012, they obtained a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from Cambridge Assessment. Following their undergraduate studies, Bojana obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Valencia, studying from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they pursued further education in the field of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy at REBT Psychotherapy from 2015 to 2019. In 2014, they obtained the Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera (DELE B1) from Instituto Cervantes.
