Marija Janjic

Marija Janjic has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Marija began their career at Telenor Srbija in 2007 as a Junior Business Partner. Marija then worked as an HR Business Partnering Specialist from 2008 to 2010 before transitioning to the role of Quality Specialist from 2010 to 2014. Their next role at Telenor Srbija was as a Trade Marketing Specialist from 2014 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Hooloovoo as an HR Manager and later became the Head of HRBP in January 2023.

Marija Janjic began their education at Prva ekonomska škola, where they studied Economics from 1995 to 1999, earning a degree as an Economic Technician. Marija then continued their education at the University of Belgrade from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a degree in Management and Human Resources, graduating as a Graduate Economist in HR. In addition to their formal education, Marija has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Marija completed courses such as Coaching and Developing Employees, Technical Recruiting, Discovering Your Strengths, and HR as a Business Partner from Lynda.com in 2018. In 2008, they also achieved the Thomas International Certification from Consul Team.
