Anita Ching

Anita Ching has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Anita started their career in 2010 as an Associate Business Analyst at Scotia Capital. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst in Risk Management Information Technology at Scotiabank. In 2015, they moved to BMO Financial Group, where they worked as a Business Analyst in Credit Risk Reporting for a brief period. Later in 2015, they joined Scotiabank again, this time as a Senior Business Analyst in Global Capital Markets Technology - Derivatives Trading. Anita held this position until 2018. In 2018, Anita joined HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) as a Business Analyst in Investment Solutions and later transitioned to the role of Senior Business Analyst. In 2020, they became the Product Owner for Investment Solutions and in 2022, they were promoted to Director of Investment Trading Solutions.

Anita Ching obtained their Bachelors of Mathematics degree in Honours Business Administration from the University of Waterloo. Anita pursued this degree from 2007 to 2012, during which they also completed a minor in Finance.
