Sarah Ruiz, CTDP, RRC has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as a Senior Manager at HOOPP since January 2017, where collaboration with senior leaders focuses on significant organizational changes and enhanced service approaches. Previously, Sarah managed a global team at John Hancock Financial Services from November 2010 to March 2016, fostering operational excellence through standardized procedures. Prior roles at John Hancock included leading training for new employees in the RPS processing department and working as a Client Account Advisor. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Organization Development and Change from Penn State University and several certifications in adult education and e-learning principles. Sarah's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Journalism/Public Relations from the University of St. Thomas.
