Ellen Terchila

Ellen joined Hootsuite in 2023 as Chief Customer Officer with more than 20 years of experience in customer success roles focused on driving customer satisfaction and retention. Ellen oversees the Hootsuite Customer Office, which includes customer success, support, and professional services, focused on maximizing customer value realization. Ellen was most recently the Chief Customer Officer at Electric, where she led all post-sales teams, and previously was SVP of Customer Success at Marigold, a family of brands in the email software and services industry.
