LaTrice Benichou, SHRM-CP, has an extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the field of Human Resources. Earlier in their career, LaTrice worked at Wells Fargo as a Correspondent Operations Loan Specialist and Escrow Analyst, at the Consulate General of Israel in Los Angeles as a Political Advisor, at the State of Illinois as an Administrative Coordinator in the Illinois Teachers' Retirement System, and at the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and Springfield Urban League Inc. as an Accounting Intern. LaTrice brings a wealth of experience to their current role, with a focus on human resources and finance operations.
LaTrice Benichou, SHRM-CP, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Illinois Springfield. LaTrice also holds two Masters degrees from Reichman University, the first in Government, Diplomacy, and Conflict Studies, and the second in Counter-Terrorism and Homeland Security, with a Certificate in Cyber Security. In July 2022, they obtained certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the SHRM institution.
