Rhoen Catolico has a diverse work experience in various positions within the communication and public relations field. Starting in 1995 as an Instructor of Communication and Social Sciences at South Philippine Adventist College, Rhoen then went on to work as the Operations and Creative Director at SPUC Resource Production Center from 1996 to 1999. They then joined ADRA International as a Management Information Officer from 2000 to 2002. Following that, Rhoen served as the Creative Editor and Desktop Support at Seventh-day Adventist Church in Asia-Pacific from 2002 to 2005 and as the Director of Programs and Listener Relations at Adventist World Radio Asia/Pacific from 2005 to 2009. Rhoen then took on the role of Director of Communication and Public Relations at South Philippine Adventist College from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2015, Rhoen worked as a Production Manager at Hope Channel, followed by becoming the Chief Operating Officer from 2016 onwards. Since 2017, Rhoen has also held positions at Seventh-day Adventist Church in Davao, serving as the Director of Communication and currently as the Director of Public Affairs and Religious Liberty.
