Jennifer Sorek

Jennifer Sorek serves as an Assistant Professor of Communication at Hope College and concurrently holds the position of Planning and Training Supervisor, Project Manager for Public Health Preparedness at Rethink Response. With extensive experience in academia, Sorek has taught as an adjunct professor at both Davenport University and Grand Rapids Community College, fostering adult learning through interactive coaching and curriculum development. Sorek's background includes significant roles at the Ottawa County Department of Public Health, where Sorek provided project management and training in public health preparedness, and previous positions in marketing and public relations. Sorek holds a Master of Arts in Communication from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Aquinas College.
