Overview 

HOPE Community Services, Inc. is a leading outpatient treatment provider in south Oklahoma City.  We provide compassionate trauma informed care to individuals whose lives have been impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. We do this by providing compassionate and evidence-based treatment, aimed at improving the quality of life for those we serve.

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Case Manager in Specialty Services. This role will be integral in connecting clients with essential resources, guiding them through their treatment plans, and advocating for their needs within the community. The Specialty Services program is designed to provide comprehensive support to bilingual and Spanish-speaking individuals facing complex challenges in their lives. This program focuses on delivering personalized care and resources that empower clients to overcome barriers and achieve their goals. By fostering a collaborative environment, we ensure that clients receive tailored interventions that address their unique needs, enhancing their overall well-being. Our dedicated team works closely with community partners to create a seamless network of services, allowing clients to access everything from mental health support to vocational training. Through a commitment to compassionate care and advocacy, the Specialty Services program aims to facilitate recovery and promote lasting positive change in the lives of Spanish-speaking clients and their families.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Case Management II (CM II) certification.

Skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Empathy and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of care.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
