Allen Riddick

Allen Riddick serves as the Executive Director of Economic Impact & Workforce Inclusion at Drexel University and holds the position of Vice President for the Black Employees Colleague Resource Group at the same institution. Riddick's extensive experience includes roles as Director of Supplier Diversity at HopePHL and Founder of CGPT, which focuses on innovating procurement through technology and partnerships. Riddick is actively involved with several organizations, serving as a Pennsylvania Delegate for Vision 2020 Women 100, Board Member for the Eastern Regional High School Alumni Association and Women's Business Enterprise Council PA-DE-sNJ, and previously as Council Chair for ISM-Philadelphia. Riddick has worked in various capacities related to supplier diversity at prominent companies, including Ricoh USA, ALPHA ENTERPRISE GROUP, and Alpha Office Supplies. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, alongside a BBA in Finance from the University of Delaware.
