Megan K. Huemoller

Megan K. Huemoller, MSN, FNP-C has worked in hospice and palliative care, as well as primary care, home care, and inpatient care for over a decade. She spent four years working with Centura Health as a Nurse Practitioner on the palliative care team, serving patients and families throughout the Front Range in both homes and care facilities. She has a passion for serving communities through hospice and palliative care services.
