Dicle Türker Yücelen

Dicle Türker Yücelen has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Dicle is currently serving as the Product and Customer Experience Director at Hopi since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Digital Music Services Associate Director at fizy from January 2018 to August 2022.

Before joining fizy, Dicle worked at Turkcell from 2009 to 2018. During their tenure, they held several positions including Senior Head of Digital Communication Services Product Management from August 2016 to January 2018, Senior Head of Women and Children Loyalty Segments from March 2014 to August 2016, Senior Head of Telco & Emerging Services from April 2013 to March 2014, and Senior Head of Music and Social Media Messaging Services from November 2009 to March 2013.

Prior to their work at Turkcell, Dicle served as the Senior Head of Music, Video, Gaming and IPTV Services at Türk Telekom from August 2008 to November 2009. Dicle also had a brief role as the Managing Director at TIMWE from January 2008 to August 2008.

Dicle's career began at Osmanlı Bankası, where they worked as an Alternative Distribution Channel / Internet & Telephone Banking Officer from 1998 to 2002.

Throughout their career, Dicle has demonstrated proficiency in product development, marketing, and management, with a focus on digital communication services.

Dicle Türker Yücelen completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from IMD between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Turkcell Executive MBA from Koç University in 2012-2013. Dicle also holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Marmara University, which they earned in 1998-1999.

For their undergraduate studies, Dicle Türker Yücelen attended Bilkent University and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in International Relations and Affairs from 1992 to 1997. Dicle completed their high school education at Semiha Şakir High School, specializing in Mathematics, between 1986 and 1991.

In addition to their formal education, Dicle Türker Yücelen has also completed the "FinTech 101 Temel Eğitim Programı - 14. Dönem" certification from FinTech Istanbul, which they obtained in November 2022.
