Erdem Aldıkaçtı has over 10 years of experience in IT support and software development. Erdem began their career as an IT intern at Sentim Bilişim A.Ş. in 2011. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a software development intern at Teknosoft Yazılım ve İnternet Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. Erdem then joined Beyaz.Net as a software developer from 2014 to 2015. In 2017, they worked as a Technical Operations Specialist at Mobildev Smart Marketing Solutions, where they provided training and support for web SMS client applications. Erdem then joined BSH Turkey and NTT DATA Business Solutions Turkey in 2018, where they served as a Global IT Products Support Responsible. In this role, they provided second-level support for internal applications and solved incident and change tickets. In 2020, they worked as an IT Support Engineer at Coca-Cola İçecek and later joined Experilabs (formerly SAHABT Yazılım) in the same role, where they managed incident, change, and request management and analyzed and solved IT tickets. Most recently, they joined Modanisa in 2020 as an IT Support Engineer and was responsible for analyzing and solving IT tickets and administering internal admin panels. Erdem is currently working as an Integration Specialist at Hopi since September 2022.
Erdem Aldıkaçtı began their education at Okan University in 2008 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering in 2013. In 2016, they attended the Liverpool School of English for a year to enhance their English language skills, focusing on General English and IELTS. Erdem obtained their IELTS certification from the British Council in March 2017. Most recently, in 2022, Erdem enrolled in Doguş University to pursue a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, which they are expected to complete by 2024. In September 2022, they also obtained the "KVKK ve Bilgi Güvenliği Eğitimi" certification from Boyner Grup.
