LAURA NIETO

Laura Nieto's work experience begins in 2007 with a role as a Monitor de tiempo libre at Talleres de Verano. LAURA worked alongside a monitor for a month, engaging in recreational activities with children ages 4 and 5.

In 2012, Laura served as a Psicóloga en prácticas at Instituto Geriátrico Valenciano, where they completed their internship.

Next, in 2013, they volunteered as a Psicóloga voluntaria at Parkinson La Roda.

In 2014, Laura started pursuing their Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, which they completed in 2016.

During the same period, from 2015 to 2016, they took on the role of Técnico de Formación at MAPFRE. LAURA'sresponsibilities encompassed managing corporate training, coordinating trainers and external companies, and overseeing logistics and necessary materials for the training sessions.

From 2016 to 2022, Laura worked at Between Technology as a Talent Acquisition specialist. LAURA'srole involved selecting profiles in IT and Engineering, representing Between's talent among candidates and consultants, gathering client requirements, creating and publishing job offers, conducting screening and in-person/remote interviews, and handling documentation.

Currently, since August 2022, Laura is employed as the Talent Director at Hopla! Software.

Laura Nieto completed their education at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2014 to 2016. LAURA earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, specializing in Human Resources Management/Administration. Prior to that, they attended Facultad de Psicología from 2009 to 2013 and received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
