Heidi Quatier

Heidi Quatier is a seasoned operations and support leader currently serving as Sr. Manager, Operations & Support at HopSkipDrive since April 2021. In this role, Heidi focuses on optimizing CareDriver supply and driving operational excellence through strategic planning and data analysis. Previous positions at HopSkipDrive include CareDriver Support Sr. Manager and CareDriver Operations Manager, where Heidi led teams to provide high-quality support and coaching to frontline specialists. Prior to HopSkipDrive, Heidi held various roles in organizations such as the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services and Enterprise Holdings, where responsibilities included risk management, customer service, and team management. Heidi holds a BA in Human Development and Business from Washington State University.
