Miki Chojnacka has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2001 at MTV Networks as a Creative On Air Producer. Miki was eventually promoted to VP, Youth Brands, where they were responsible for programming, production, and creative across MTVN's music channel portfolio. In 2009, they moved to Viacom International Media Networks as VP, Entertainment Brands, and in 2011 they were appointed VP, Global Head of Brand and Business Development at Comedy Central International. In 2012, they joined Pearson English as SVP, Brand and Informal Learning, and in 2015 they became Partner, Media & Creative at Sandbox & Co. and Co-Chief Executive Officer at Hopster. In 2021, they were appointed General Manager / Chief Content & Creative at SANDBOX KIDS, and in 2022 they became General Manager / Sandbox Kids at the Sandbox Group.

Miki Chojnacka studied at Warsaw University from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a BA in Journalism with a focus on Radio, Television, and Digital Communication. Miki also attended the Warsaw Centre for Journalism from 1996 to 1998, where they earned a degree in TV Directing with a focus on Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.
