Eva (Jen Yu) Wang, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Eva (Jen Yu) is currently working as the Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Manager at Horangi Cyber Security since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Investment Analyst focused on private equity at Spruceview Capital Partners LLC from February 2019 to July 2021.

In 2018, Eva had two internships. Eva (Jen Yu) worked as a Private Equity Intern at JZ Partners from September 2018 to January 2019, and as a Summer ESG Research Intern at JUST Capital from May 2018 to August 2018. During their time at JUST Capital, they designed and presented a study on ESG-related ETF methodology and recommended licensing alternatives and website improvements.

Before their internships, Eva had notable experience in the finance industry. Eva (Jen Yu) worked as an Investment Banking Assistant Manager at KGI Securities from September 2014 to June 2017, where they played a key role in completing large-cap new drug biotech IPOs and secondary offerings. Eva (Jen Yu) also communicated with accounts, lawyers, industry experts, and client executives on filing related issues. At Yuanta Securities, they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst from July 2013 to August 2014, completing first SPO filings for two companies and conducting due diligence in various industries.

Eva started their career as a Summer Intern at IBM in July 2012. Overall, they have a strong background in finance and investments, with experience in private equity, ESG research, and investment banking.

Eva (Jen Yu) Wang, MBA has a diverse education history. Eva (Jen Yu) obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Information Systems from the Zicklin School of Business, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance at National Taiwan University, graduating from 2009 to 2013.

During their undergraduate studies, Eva participated in an exchange program at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) in 2012, where they studied French, International Finance, and European Economics. Additionally, they attended the University of California, Berkeley's Summer Session in 2010, where they focused on Marketing and Oral Presentation.

In addition to their formal education, Eva has obtained several certifications. Eva (Jen Yu) completed the DealCloud Platform Manager Certification from DealCloud, an Intapp Company, in March 2020. Eva (Jen Yu) also became a lifetime member of Betta Gamma Sigma, an international business honor society, in June 2019. Furthermore, they obtained a Bloomberg BMC Certificate from Bloomberg LP in October 2017. In December 2013, Eva achieved the DELF B2 Level (Advanced) certification in French language studies from Alliance Française Paris Île-de-France. Additionally, they obtained their CFA Level 1 certification from the CFA Institute in July 2013. Prior to that, in June 2012, they became a Taiwan Senior Securities Specialist, certified by the Securities and futures institute in Taiwan.
