Shruti Vasudeva

Shruti Vasudeva has a strong background in service delivery and cybersecurity. Shruti currently holds the position of Head of Service Delivery at Horangi Cyber Security, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at F-Secure Corporation as a Service Delivery Manager from 2020 to 2022. Shruti also has experience at Cisco, where they served as a High Touch Operations Manager in 2017 and as a Customer Success Manager from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, Shruti worked at EDMI Limited as a Service Delivery Manager in 2015 and at Vodafone as a Manager in 2013. Shruti began their career at Cisco Systems, where they held various roles including Service Manager, Network Consulting Engineer, and Customer Success Manager from 2006 to 2013. Throughout their work experience, Shruti has consistently been involved in service delivery and management roles, showcasing their expertise in these areas.

Shruti Vasudeva holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kurukshetra University. Shruti also completed high school at Carmel Convent School. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Resilient Leadership from Harvard Business School. Shruti has further enhanced their professional skills through various certifications, including Leading Teams: Building Effective Team Cultures and Leading Teams: Developing as a Leader from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Shruti also holds the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Shruti is additionally certified in CCNA and CCNP from Cisco and has obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
