Carmen Maestre

Carmen Maestre has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Carmen is currently employed at Horizm as the Lead UI/UX Designer since July 2021. Prior to that, they co-founded Friday Mood in 2018 and worked as the Art Director until September 2021. Carmen also worked as a UI Artist at Gameloft from March 2017 to April 2018, where they were responsible for various projects. Carmen'searlier experience includes working as a Senior User Interface Designer UI/UX at From The Bench S.L. from April 2012 to March 2017, where they also served as the Art Director for the Fantasy Manager Franchise project. Additionally, Carmen worked as a Graphic Designer & Web Designer at La Zentral from March 2012 to August 2012, where they gained experience in layout design and website development using Wordpress.

Carmen Maestre has a diverse education history. In 2019, they attended UX Learn and completed a course on Usability and User Experience. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, Carmen studied at the Escuela de Arte y Superior de Diseño Alicante, where they obtained a Diploma in Graphic Design. In 2012, they pursued a Master's degree in Digital Photography & Studio Lights at ESECAV. Coco School. Additionally, from 2011 to 2012, Carmen also completed a Master's degree in Web Development & Social Networks at the same school, focusing on HTML, PHP, Joomla, and Blogger. In 2009, they attended Malvern House School of English in London, UK, to enhance their general English and written communication skills. Carmen also briefly studied at the Waterford English Language Centres in Waterford, Ireland, in 2007 to further improve their general English proficiency. Furthermore, they hold a Certificate in Advanced English (C1) obtained in September 2007 from the Escuela Oficial de Idiomas de Almansa.
