Miriam Hinthorn is a PhD student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, engaged in research and guidance roles across various academic and nonprofit organizations. Currently, Miriam serves as an instructor at the Horizon Academic Research Program, mentoring high school students in college-level research projects focused on international relations and political science. As a Cyber Policy Research Fellow and Strategic Alliance Associate at the Cyber Security Forum Initiative, Miriam supports initiatives aimed at enhancing cyber warfare awareness and security solutions. Previous roles include a research specialist at Brown University’s Watson Institute, principal consultant at Consult92, and project manager at Narxoz University and Princeton in Asia, where collaboration, data analysis, and educational program management were key responsibilities. Miriam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science and Government at MIT.
