Sterling Musil has extensive experience in branch operations and banking, currently serving as the Vice President of Branch Operations at Horizon Bank since October 2017, following roles as AVP and Branch Operations Officer. Prior experience includes working as a Commercial Loan Assistant at First-Lockhart National Bank and as an Executive Assistant at BCL of Texas. Sterling began a career in banking as a Vault Teller and Personal Banker at Central National Bank TX after completing an internship at Texas Area Health Education Center-Waco Region. Sterling holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Baylor University and completed foundational studies at McLennan Community College.
