Barb Bialko

Barb Bialko has extensive work experience in the financial and legal sectors, with a focus on trust and investment services. Barb worked at Horizon Bank as a Vice President and Senior Trust Officer since 2015, where they built client relationships and provided customized services to assist clients with their financial, retirement, and estate plans. Prior to that, Barb held the position of Vice President and Senior Trust Advisor at PNC Bank, N.A. from 2010 to 2015. Barb also worked as an Associate Attorney at Foster Zack Little Pasteur & Manning, PC in 2009. Barb's career began at First of America Bank-Central in 1984, where they served as the Vice President and Personal Trust Dept. Manager until 1993.

Barb Bialko obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Administration from Michigan State University, where they attended from 1977 to 1979. Barb then pursued their Juris Doctor degree in Law from The University of Toledo College of Law, graduating between 1979 and 1982.
