Debi Baughman

Debi Baughman, MS, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional in human resources and training, currently serving as Vice President and Training Director at Horizon Bank since March 2017. Prior to this role, Debi spent over 26 years at La Porte Hospital, culminating as Executive Director of Human Resources. Debi holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master’s Degree in Adult Education from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel College.
