Dennis W. Zoladz has over 35 years of work experience in project management and facilities management. Dennis W. has worked in various roles for different companies, including Horizon Bank, Sonas LLC, RMS Project Management, DPPM LLC, Nelson Associates, The DePalma Group, The Environments Group, CNA Insurance, McDonald's Corporation, and Andrew Heard & Associates.

Their most recent role was as a Facilities and Services Project Planner at Horizon Bank, where they were responsible for branch bank renovations and troubleshooting.

Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at Sonas LLC, where they managed interior and exterior renovations for The Church of Scientology in Chicago, Toronto, and San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Dennis W. also worked as a Relationship Manager and Project Manager at RMS Project Management, overseeing the renovation of a storefront for Veggie Grill in Chicago and managing a virtual reality entertainment experience in the Mall of America.

Before that, they were a Project Manager at CNA Insurance, responsible for site selection, real estate negotiations, design, and budget tracking for branch offices.

Dennis started their career at McDonald's Corporation, where they worked as a Project Manager, overseeing real estate, design, and implementation of regional offices and a company-wide security system.

Dennis W. began their career as a Job Captain at Andrew Heard & Associates.

Throughout their career, Dennis has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills, successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Dennis W. Zoladz received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction & Architectural Technology from Purdue University Northwest. During this time, they also earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Architectural Technology from the same university. Prior to attending Purdue University Northwest, Dennis completed their College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Andrean High School. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Autocad from Moraine Valley Community College.
