Michelle Banta

Michelle Banta's work experience begins in 2006 at First Indiana Bank, where they worked in deposit operations from July 2006 to October 2007. Michelle then moved on to Heartland Community Bank, starting as a teller in October 2007 and eventually becoming a customer service representative from April 2009 to September 2012.

In 2012, Michelle joined Horizon Bank as a branch manager from September 2012 to March 2014. Michelle then took on the role of branch training coordinator from March 2014 to April 2020, followed by a position as a commercial loan assistant from April 2020 to July 2022. Currently, they are working at Horizon Bank as a Junior Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager, starting in July 2022.

Michelle Banta is currently attending Ivy Tech Community College, where they are studying Business Administration. Michelle has not yet obtained a degree from the institution. Additionally, Michelle has earned two additional certifications. In July 2022, they obtained a certification in Professional Communication from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business. In August 2021, they obtained a Small Business Banker Certificate from the American Bankers Association.
