Michelle Hernandez (Harman)

Michelle (Harman) Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Michelle started their career at First National Bank, Valparaiso in 2003, where they held multiple positions until 2008. In 2008, they joined 1st Source Bank as a CSR, and worked there until 2010. Michelle then moved to Horizon Bank, where they first served as a Commercial Loan Doc Specialist from 2010 to 2015, and later transitioned into a Compliance role in November 2015.

Michelle (Harman) Hernandez completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Finance from DePaul University, from 2009 to 2012.
