Nello Ruscitti is the AVP & HR Officer at Horizon Community Bank. Nello has over 40 years of experience in commercial banking, including positions as Senior Managing Director, Commercial Banking at Opus Bank, SVP Commercial Banking at Comerica Bank, and SVP, National Sales Manager at First Tennessee Bank. Nello has been instrumental in developing and implementing strategic plans for lower middle-market operating companies, and they are an expert in leveraged finance, M&A, and private equity. Nello is also a community leader, having served on the boards of several local organizations.
