Corporate Credit Analyst at Horizon Farm Credit

Terry Monteverde has extensive experience in the financial services industry. Terry began their career with MidAtlantic Farm Credit as a Credit Analyst in 2001, where they focused on developing strategies to attract and retain members in the agricultural finance market. Terry later joined Metro Bank as a Vice President, where they managed a portfolio of troubled assets and utilized negotiation skills to maintain relationships during the recovery process. In 2009, Terry joined Mid Penn Bank as a Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, overseeing credit operations. Terry then moved on to MidAtlantic Farm Credit in 2012, serving as a Credit Analyst before being promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Centric Bank in 2014. At Centric Bank, Terry played a key role in promoting a strong credit culture and facilitating ongoing success for the company. In 2020, Terry worked as a Credit Analyst at Centennial Bank before joining Synovus as a DRR Analyst. Most recently, Terry joined Horizon Farm Credit as a Corporate Credit Analyst in 2023. Alongside their career in finance, Terry has also served as an official in basketball and lacrosse games through PIAA since 2000.

Terry Monteverde has a diverse education history. In 1979, they started their undergraduate studies in accounting. However, the name of the school where they pursued their BA degree is unknown. Terry completed their degree in accounting in 1983.

Afterward, Terry Monteverde went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management at Lebanon Valley College. Terry attended the college from 1992 to 1994 to obtain their MBA degree.

Additionally, Terry Monteverde has obtained several certifications. In April 2023, they completed various courses and certifications on LinkedIn, including "Being an Effective Team Member," "Business Etiquette: Phone, Email, and Text," "Collaboration Principles and Process," "Communication within Teams," "One-Minute Habits for Hybrid and Remote Working Success," "Teamwork Foundations," "Tips for Working Remotely," and "Working on a Cross-Functional Team."
