Jim Sistek

Jim Sistek is the current Chief Administrative Officer at Horizon Global. Jim has over 25 years of experience in business operations, product development, quality, supply chain management, and information technology. Prior to Horizon Global, Jim served as the Senior Vice President Business Operations at Superior Industries from September 2014 to February 2019. In this role, they were responsible for optimizing the company's global Business Operating System. Jim also served as the "Chief Integration Officer" during a major European acquisition and was responsible for developing and realizing over $20M EBITDA improvement by leveraging synergies opportunities.
