Jaideep Mulchandani

Jaideep Mulchandani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jaideep spent a significant portion of their career at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where they held two director-level positions. As the Director of IT Service and Business Management, Jaideep was responsible for various aspects of IT, including business development, strategic initiatives, financial management, vendor management, metrics and reporting, and governance. Before that, they served as the Director of Applications Development, overseeing application development and production support for corporate systems.

Prior to their time at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Jaideep worked at Accenture as an executive for over 17 years. Additionally, they have consulting experience with UPS, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., Morgan Stanley, American Express, and DTCC, where they provided expertise in various capacities.

Jaideep Mulchandani attended Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in BSIM with a specialization in Finance. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Regional Leadership Forum from the Society for Information Management in October 2017.
