Daniel McGurrin

Daniel McGurrin, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Science Officer and Director of Data & Analytics at Horizon Performance, where leadership of the Data & Analytics team focuses on evidence-based talent selection and management utilizing the GideonSoft platform. In addition, Daniel holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at North Carolina State University, teaching Organizational Change in the Master of Training & Development program. With extensive experience in executive education and organizational development across various prestigious institutions, including Carnegie Mellon University and UNC-Chapel Hill, Daniel has significantly contributed to leadership programs, executive transformation efforts, and organizational change strategies. Daniel's academic qualifications include a PhD in Executive Leadership from North Carolina State University and an MBA in International Marketing from Indiana University.
