Cameron Parrotte

Cameron Parrotte is an experienced executive in the energy sector, currently serving as the Executive General Manager of Engineering & Project Delivery at Horizon Power since November 2022. Prior to this role, Cameron was the Director at Parrotte Energy Consulting from January 2022 to July 2023. Cameron's extensive background includes significant positions at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), where responsibilities included leading the Western Australia Department and overseeing market operations and strategy from July 2016 to December 2021. Cameron's career began with the State Energy Commission of Western Australia (SECWA) in 1992, progressing through various roles, including Executive Manager of Network Planning & Operations and General Manager of System Management at Western Power until July 2016. Cameron holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from The University of Western Australia, as well as a Master's Degree in Engineering from Deakin University.
