Scott Bertuca

Scott Bertuca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR systems and IT applications management. Currently serving as Director of HR Systems at Horizon since November 2015, Scott has previously held the position of Associate Director in the same field. Prior to Horizon, Scott worked at Takeda Pharmaceuticals from October 2001 to November 2015 as Lead Solution Specialist and Sr. Product Manager for SAP HCM, leading a large portfolio of complex global IT applications. Earlier roles include Consultant positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Andersen Consulting. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science from Illinois State University.
