Sean McNeil

Sean McNeil is an accomplished Senior Brand Manager at Hormel Foods, overseeing the Columbus Craft Meats brand, recognized as the #1 national Italian deli meat and charcuterie brand. With extensive experience in brand management, Sean has successfully developed strategic growth plans resulting in significant sales gains, executed pricing strategies that enhanced gross margins, and led rebranding initiatives. Prior experience includes brand management roles at Foster Farms, where Sean contributed to partnerships and new product launches, and DKB Household USA, where Sean drove marketing strategies for various product lines. Sean holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the University of California, Irvine, and has additional international business education from ESSEC Business School.
